I started the 12 week plan last week so did my first weigh in today and I've lost 4 pounds already so I'm buzzing
With each loss you will get more and more determined.

To b honest I'm not the healthiest eater I just keep my calories down so if like me u aren't really a fan of things like salad just keep an eye on your calories and you will still see results 😀

We try to make the weight loss journey as fun as possible on here, there are lots of enjoyable challenges to take part in and they keep us all going. Just jump in and post away, it is dead friendly here
