Need to lose weight!

Good luck Sharon you can do it 😀. I want to lose 5 stone in total and thought I would struggle with this being my first week but this forum is so great and everyone is so nice and supportive. Keep your eye on incoming posts as there are some great meal and exercise tips from other members

Thanks esull! I walked for 2 hours today which is a personal best as I can be quite lazy. Hope I manage to always remain focussed on my goal!

Wow well done Last weekend I did manage a 6 mile walk with my partner but clever as I am I forget to cover up with sun tan lotion and got burnt to a crisp lol.
