Yes !!! Week 3 how well are we doing hope your all still enjoying yourselves right next week we are.stepping the time up a bit here's the plane. Begin with a brisk five-minute walk, then two repetitions of 90 seconds of running, 90 seconds of walking, three minutes of running and three minutes of walking. So we are going to 3 minutes I KNOW YOU ALL CAN DO enjoy your week end and treat yourself lots of sporty things about with the football starting good luck Gareth

Hi Gareth,

Yes, it's nearly here!!! I'm still enjoying the Challenge, definitely!!! I've still got to do my Week 2, 3rd fun tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to it.

Treats of lots of sporty things- ok, will look into that!!! :-)

Hi Gareth and fellow runners 😀 had a very busy day and just completed wk 2 run 2. Life has got in the way a bit this wk so I'm a bit behind. But I'm going to keep going as and when I can. Working tomorrow so run 3 won't be till Monday. But onwards running and downwards 😉

Thanks lowcal 😀 I've decided that I'm only going on morning or evening runs as it was a bit hot today 😥 but I still enjoyed it !!!! Enjoy your evening and 3rd run tomorrow 😊 Claire x

Thanks, I am not sure what time of day I'll run yet tomorrow, but like you said, picking a cooler time is definitely better! :-)

I find I keep sweating for half an hour to an hour after running!!! :-) On a hot day, that would presumably last longer!

I'm off to watch some TV now, but enjoy your evening Claire. :-) xx

Yep sweating is a downfall of running. But shows its working !! Have a lovely evening too 😀
