Hi there I hated running or in my case jogging in any shape or form. But since I started this I love it. It’s given me such a Denver if well being and look forward to the next jogg. I managed to jog for 25 mins. Yesterday and although tired I felt such elation. Is anyone else doing this if so let me know how your getting on x

Good for you! I've just started it too - for the second time, only got to Week 2 last time - but feeling more determined now!

Well done , I started it at beginning of january. I repeated each week five times though. My emoji was definately the grumpy face for at least the first few times and has slowly changed. Although got to admit I do it on my treadmill because have noone to go out with and I know if I went alone I would keep giving up .....
Hi there I to go on a treadmill due to the fact that I’m so worried about uneaven surfaces, in case I twist my anckle. Anyway I feel more confident on a treadmill at the moment. My dream is to jog by the sea as we live in Eastbourne so that will be my next motivation in the summer 😀
