Hi, on my quest to find motivation to help me lose weight, I came across this site. It looks brilliant, so I am going to give it a go. I have gained a stone since reducing exercise due to a back problem. I have a big party to attend in August and want to be back to my old weight. Looking forward to joining you.

Welcome Lisa, it sounds like you already have your motivation - that Party! It is about continuing to do the right thing and making the right food choices. Look at the nhs 12 week plan and see if this is something you want to do in my opinion it works. Jump on board today and join the monday weigh in you will soon see positive results and, like Anna61 said, there is so much support from the forum members here. Good luck :-)John
