Pcos and weight loss
It can take a while to adjust to new way if eating, if you are sticking strictly to plan and increasing your exercise as advised the weight will come off 😕
Good luck!
I would also add to check out the link below, supplied by another poster and be honest about exercise levels etc. Unless you actually do a physically demanding job or play sport at least 1-3 times a week we are classed as sedentary. I still am, even though I am trying to fit in as many dance sessions as I can because I am not doing anything like the effort required to play squash or anything else My calories are 715 per day. Glad to say just reached my 1 stone mark and treated myself to a 3 egg and spinach omelette without fat
I too have PCOS. As a previous poster said, I try to get my calories primarily from protein, fruit and veg and try to eat any carbs early on in the day. Stick to a sensible healthy eating food plan and you will see results. Good luck.
Interesting stuff , maca root is good for rebalancing hormones, working wonders for me and menopasal bloating, so please try it? Using 4000 mg daily and has certainly helped me and banished my up to 6lb gains at a time.
Thanks can u recommend me that moca root where to buy that
Amazon, use the pure 1000mg capsules, £16 about with postage for 45 days
Same here! I eat 1000-1200 kcal a day mainly from veggies, fruit, nuts and protein sources (primal diet) and try to keep my carbs under 100g a day. That's the only way I can manage to lose weight without starving.
I would recommend investing in a spiralizer, so whenever you're carving pasta you can just spiralise a couple of courgettes and have a low carb delicious meal. Also, with a food processor you can make faux cauliflower-rice, which is amazing and low cal!!!
I know it's hard for us PCOSers, but it's not impossible!!!
