Today, I have finally decided to do something about my gradually increasing weight! I had such a shock when I weighed myself this evening... This winter has not been kind to me and I have increased a whole stone in weight so now I am 2 stones over my desired weight/healthy BMI!
I am trying for my first child as well so any weight loss can only be a good thing. I have never really had to diet in my life, I've just ate anything and everything so watching what I eat is something new for me... Wish me luck guys
I hope to see at least the loss of a stone over the course of the next 12 weeks! Fingers crossed that I see this healthy eating all the way through and make it a lifestyle change
Wishing you all luck on your healthy eating, healthy you changes.

Good luck to you aswell in your journey to a healthier you.
Seems like we have similar reasons and the winters and summers over the years not just this winter for me haven't been good on my weight and I'm now over by 7 stone.
Hi sal, welcome to the forum and good on you for making the decision to lose weight. I am on week 5 and I have found the plan easy to follow and easy (ish) to stick to. I have lost 6lbs and I am adapting to new and heathy habits. Hopefully it will help you in the same way, good luck x
This sounds like me, though I will be starting the 12 week plan on Monday and have about 3 stone to lose. Im on a real downer at the moment and hate myself, probably not being helped by my sister-in-laws impending wedding and feeling like a beached whale! Also trying for our first baby so onwards and upwards, anything to stop me feeling like this
