I lost a total of 5 stone over two years hopefully on the last straight now which about a stone to go I think couch to 5 k is brilliant and I have been on it done the 9 weeks and now run up to 20 k before this I done nothing at all also when it's raining rounds some great workout videos on YouTube good luck Gareth

Gym definitely helps but only if you eat healthy than the weight shifts off.

Enjoy the gym!

I think exercise makes you feel good and tones you but it's what you eat that matters. I walk and just started running again using the couch to 5k free app. I think the gym is very motivating but watch those calories. Enjoy your workouts.
