I am 68 and well this is first week and am having a breakfast in mornings (never did before) still have a sandwich plus now cup of soup for lunch at work drinking more water rather than my usual tea so far not feeling hungry at all then dinner at night will not weigh myself till Monday again and see then how I have got on fingers crossed
