Hi I weighed myself this morning and have lost 2 lbs. So I have manged to go on my birthday treat trip and still loss so weight. So what I am taking from this is that if you do plan as much as possible what you eat it should work. I am not trying to pat myself on the back just express relief. So now for week 2.

Well done, I also plan ahead for what I am going to eat at work, and keep a supply of apples & Ryvita in the car, which helps avoid buying calorie laden snacks.

well done - and those pound losses do add up quite quickly. Losing weight and keeping in the treat is really great

It's all about changing those 'bad' eating habits for 'good' ones. I used to have a desk drawer with a ready supply of 'naughties' like KitKats, Belvita, etc. all ready to accompany the next cuppa.
I've now learnt to have a cup of tea without a wad of empty calories going with it.
