Hi all I joined the 12week programme last week and am pleased to say I've lost 4lb in my first week. Have a long way to go but have to start somewhere so hopefully next week will be a good one too

Thanks all x the best tip that I have used this week is to weigh out my food as I did suffer from serving up portions that were way over what I should have been having That and eating higher fibre foods that fill me up and tracking on the fitness pal app what I'm eating just till I get in the swing of things hope that helps xx

I think people do tend to lose a bit more in their first week. 4lb is really good, enjoy the feeling that you're making a difference. Keep doing what you're doing!

Well done LS2015 for both your weight loss and starting your journey to a new healthy eating plan. It sounds like you are doing very well, identifiying where you need to control your portion sizes and eating high fibre foods that will fill you up. xx

I think the fact that we all so honest on here, maybe because we cannot see each other, we say things that we may never have admitted to anyone else. It is marvellous to feel that there are other out there who understand the struggles you have gone through. x
