My weight loss have slowed down a bit, but I have lost 12lb over 7 weeks. I would definitely have taken that 7 weeks ago so I am very pleased.
My short term goal is to lose at least 1st for Christmas, just because it sounds a nice round number.
I'm getting close to having a BMI of less than 25 so my medium term goal is to have a BMI in the 24s at the end of the 12 weeks. After that, it is to enjoy food and maintain a healthy way of eating for the rest of my life.
I would love to hear other people's short, medium and long-term goals.

Hi Thank you. Yes I am in a good place at the moment, long may it last,
Well done hggirl - 12lb is 7 weeks is fantastic especially as you haven't got masses to lose
My short term goal is to hit 5 stone lost by xmas - only 4.5lb to go. But still have loads to lose so long term goals are a bit vague. But I have lots of mini goals on the way.
Nearly 5st, fantastic. In the past, I have lost a lot of weight not 5st but about 4.5st so I know how difficult it can be and also how great you feel when you do. You are making a massive investment in your future, well done. I'm sure you will get there.
My goals keep changing, but I'm a great believer in always having something to aim for.
I watch out for every 1/2 stone and whole stone, every 5% bodyweight lost, getting into the next number down, christmas target, new year target, valentine's day target, easter, birthday etc etc. My long term target is to be at goal by Christmas next year and it's a real long shot
That way there's always something to look forward to and congratulate yourself for
Hi, no I haven't tried Tibetan Herbs, just the good old British NHS which seems to be working for me. I'm glad you have found something which works for you, 2st is great.
