How do I feel today: I'm feeling OK today, my run days are Thursday, Saturday and Tuesday. On my rest days I have a low impact walk with my mum for 2 miles, I find it keeps my legs from aching.
I am repeating W1, as I only managed to run the full 60 seconds on R3, so to make sure I'm ready for W2, in re doing it.

No, we know that. Not something we can do anything about, unfortunately, though not for the want of asking HU about it. In this case, I'd say the joys of becoming a Wobbler outweigh the picture, but Little_lizzie will have to decide on that
