I started to track my weight loss on Sundays to break the whole start Monday finish Friday thing I had going on. This week I have lost 1lb making 6lb in three weeks and I'm now in a new stone bracket .I'm very pleased with this and hope to continue to lose 1lb per week or thereabouts until I get to my goal.

Good luck everyone
