Ok, so it's not ground breaking but that takes me to -12lbs in 6 weeks, bang on my 2lbs a week target
The most important thing is I don't feel deprived, I'm eating well and I haven't touched a trigger food for 6 weeks either

Excellent news! I'm also aiming for 2lb a week and lost 1lb this week but over 3 weeks have lost 6lb overall. It all averages out in the end! And part of what we're doing is changing habits as well as losing weight, both are important if we're to succeed in the long term - sounds like you're doing really well with both! Lots of luck

Well done! I find the most satisfying thing is being able to be in control of what I'm eating............ most of the time anyway.
Well done on shedding yet another pound. I also lost 1lb this week, last week I stayed the same so I've actually only lost 1lb in two weeks. However, I've just started week 12 and I've lost every week except last week so I'm very pleased. Keep up the good work.
