Is there a community for Type 2 Diabetes?

I don't actually have it, but there seem to be so many people saying they have, I just wonder if it might be useful. Or maybe not, just a thought.

Good thinking Frankie. There are numerous communities available, including ones for diabetes.

If you click on My Communities at the top of the page, then Browse Communities. If you type in the subject matter, eg Diabetes, it'll bring up all available. In case anyone's having problems the link is healthunlocked.com/drwfdiab...

Hope this helps :)

Sometimes looking at a website about a condition/illness can be very useful if you have that problem in your family but you don't have it and need to understand it all. If you are at all concerned that you could be developing diabetes then you should see your GP and get your blood tested.

The best website for diabetics is diabetes.org.uk which is the main charity doing research and education for diabeties. I'm Type 2 and I find it invaluable.
