I don't know if you'd be interested, or not, but Lowcal runs an extremely popular weigh-in thread on a Monday morning, where we all gather to report our weekly losses, gains, or maintenance and to get inspiration from each other. You would be made very welcome

Hi Lettra, I guess I'm not fanatical about weight but am pretty determined. I've been on this site and calorie counting for 9 weeks and lost about 30 lb. This week, I decided I needed a bit of a break and am likely to have put on a couple of pounds on the Monday Weigh in.
I shall be good from now until Christmas, so don't mind posting a small gain.
On Mondays, I look for a post from Lowcal called, Monday Weigh In, and I post my results for the week. It's GREAT, because it keeps me focused.

Hi Lettra welcome to the community and loved your photo. After my cancer treatment I found it really helpful to set some goals and like you one of them was to eat more healthily and lose weight. That was nearly 5 years ago and I'm still clear (touch wood) and a stone lighter. Follow the 12 week plan and it will inspire you. 🌟💥💫
Take it easy on yourself - small noticeable changes. Hope you are getting plenty of rest and building your stamina slowly. Best wishes from Ann x
Thanks everyone, I will be in touch when the diet starts, this weekend is difficult, but I intend to start Tuesday, as I'm not home Monday
