Hi i have just joined too hoping to lose weight and feel better in myself. Going to start in a few weeks after we have moved house and got settled.

Hi, I have just joined too.just lost 7 lbs in my first week! So pleased as I worked hard for it.I think 2.5 stone is do-able. Just try to think of it as 2 lbs a week and you have more than enough time. I am doing it alone too but it's my own personal battle! Every time I thought of eating something naughty or slacking on my exercise, I just thought of my goal and easily resisted. In the past I have had no will power at all but I am determined this time.a new healthier me.good luck.
Yeah I have tried and failed before too, but I am more determined than ever this time! Its for my personal reasons too, and feel I am going to do it!

i am trying really hard, eating well, havent started the exercise properly yet as I felt I needed to break habits and not give myself too much to change at once, first week over and Im 3lbs down .. My aim is to lose 3-4 stone, its a scary thought!
Well done! I'm on my 4th day. Feeling better already, not as bloated. I have 23lbs to lose so going to try the 12 week challenge. I'm always starting and stopping diets. I need to try an look at it as healthy eating rather than a diet. Good luck for your 2nd week
