Last week 12.7st, this week 12.7st so no change π May need to look into changing the diet or exercise to push start as I have been mid 12's for a while now and really want to lose at least a stone. I hope everyone else's week is going well βΊ

You are not on your own Juliet444, I am struggling at the moment too. I'm having a real wobble moment this morning, but you have helped me as We are in this together and you suggested changing your diet- what a good idea, that's something I can try too as I always have the same breakfast and lunch. It's frustrating when this happens and it's probably happened to nearly everyone on this forum at some stage π
Yes I agree. I tend to stick to the same thing. Really think a change would be good and upping the exercise. Hopefully that won't put on weight! Good luck and let me know how you get on . I do a weigh in every Friday so you can catch up with me then. βΊ

I have upped my fruit/ veg intake but for me I do think it's carbs, they are my 'go to ' when in a hurry of need a 'fix.
I'm going to have a real push this week, we can do this π

Hi Flossie yes definitely cars this end too. Looking at new recipes too to kick start but keep calories down. Also more doggie walks. Here's hoping for a group loss next week βΊ

Congratulations on maintaining your weight this week - I think that's good going, as I know you only recently got back from your holiday. I found that I was continuing to gain a bit of weight after returning from my mini-break, so I'm hoping that it will calm down and I can get back on track again.
Remember that a maintain is better than a gain - at least that's what we often say in the Monday group weigh-in.
Your plan to tweak your healthy eating plan and change around your exercise a bit is probably a good idea, so good luck with those plans, and I hope you have an excellent week ahead.
Hopefully you'll be leaving those mid 12's behind really soon, and scooting down towards the 11's.

Thanks Lowcal I am quite excited at the prospect of changing my lifestyle plan. It is difficult as there is always a work do or birthday that crops up but I guess that is why it is a lifestyle change and not diet. I hope you have a good weigh in on Monday and a lovely weekend π
