Last week 12.5st, this week 12.7st. That's strange as I has another good week and walked alot. Hey ho these things happen. Hopefully next week I will go down again. I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺

Hopefully it is just fluid retention?  Eating bread or pasta can make you retain water too. 

Good luck for next week - and don't forget to weigh the food as (in my experience) portion control can slip a bit sometimes!

Definitely portion control can be an issue particularly when really hungry. Trying to eat lots of fish which is working well. Yes less bread and potatoes which is quite difficult as they are yummy! Hoping for a loss next week ☺

I'm still on holiday and  for the first time brought my iPad !

Don't be too disheartened those pesky scales don't always give us the rewards we deserve ! A girl after my own heart,love the term 'hey ho' !!

Thanks for replying from your hols. I hope you are having a wonderful time and plenty of nice food! - my moto to hell with the diet on holidays which is probably why I have been stuck in the 12's for too long! 😕 anyway onto next Friday... Enjoy the rest of your break.

My weight goes up and down a lot,   overall monthly trend is down so that's what matters! If you have stuck to plan the inches will go, trust me! 😊 Best wishes

I know how you feel,well done on being good and keep up the exercise.Hopefully you feel much better overall though.Keep up the new lifestyle changes.

Thank you. I have lost quite abit of weight from the beginning so really feel the benefits. Just have the odd blip of a week. Good luck with your weight journey too. As you say it's how you feel which is the most important thing ☺
