Well done to you all especially as some of you have been away on hols. It's a toughie when you are away so many temptations! Well here I am starting week 4 down another 1lb off so that's 7lbs in the last 3 weeks. Just completed run 1 of week 4 couch to 5 k and I am shattered it's really stepping up now but managed it this morning at 6am!
Weight today 13.0 stone. Cannot wait to break into the 12s! Good luck to all this week hope everyone has a good week and if not tomorrow is another day!

Oooh - you are so close to the 12s - well done. I'm going to be joining you there shortly hopefully - about 3 lbs off !! Glad to hear the C25K is going well - I did week 5 run 1 today and really enjoyed it. I can really feel my fitness levels getting better - good luck
Oh - don't tell me about it - I've been avoiding checking ahead to see what we need to do next ! I know it's a different run each day this week, but I've got no idea how long for - stops me getting too nervous about it
Thanks more less, although I don't think technically I could call myself a runner yet it's snails pace, week 5 is a toughie but it keeps ramping up, just hope I can do it! Yes cannot wait to get into the 12s!
