Still below my goal but have gained slightly, which is unsurprising as I went out with girls from work on Friday and enjoyed Prosecco and chicken mango and avacado burger with sweet potato fries. Also had a burger and chips when out with hubby. My maintenance strategy is to be careful and eat very healthily most of the time (similar to when losing) but to totally relax when out . Seems to be working. .....feeling positive
Also treated myself to new skinny jeans size 8. New tops in size 12. And new bras!
Got loads of compliments yesterday. It felt good not to be wearing baggy clothes!

Morning, scales fixed and facing it!!!! weighing in today at 12 stone six and a half pounds!! Need to get focused!! Good for you buying the new clothes...will make you feel fab!!
Hi 2bfab, you certainly seem pretty fab with your maintaining. I actually gained a bit during the week but it had come off again by this morning, to 53.2kg, 100g less than last week. Again this week not counting calories but being careful not to overdo it. I even had some Chinese takeaway on Friday night but didn't eat it all.
I did make some mince pies on Saturday, and ate 3 of the 15 I made, luckily my hubbie and sons polished off the rest.
I will have to bring the obligatory cakes into work on Thursday for my birthday but will bring some nice fruit too.
Teeny tiny girl size 8 well I never I have had trouble posting this morning thread written last night waiting to be copied aand pasted just waiting for the scales, my windows Xp netbook has gone to portrait and had to revert to my iPad that really doesn't like health unlocked does any one use the app?
