Still below my goal but have gained slightly, which is unsurprising as I went out with girls from work on Friday and enjoyed Prosecco and chicken mango and avacado burger with sweet potato fries. Also had a burger and chips when out with hubby. My maintenance strategy is to be careful and eat very healthily most of the time (similar to when losing) but to totally relax when out . Seems to be working. .....feeling positive
Also treated myself to new skinny jeans size 8. New tops in size 12. And new bras!
Got loads of compliments yesterday. It felt good not to be wearing baggy clothes!
