Last Monday I weighed 13 stone 4.4 pounds, and today I weigh 13 stone 4.0 pounds, so I've lost 0.4 pound this week. I'm relieved it's a loss! I have been keeping up my exercise, including walking and some core strength exercises - and I've been making healthy choices regarding my food intake most of the time. So it's been a good week overall.
I have a couple of meals out to contend with this week, so I am going to try to make healthy choices, and not scupper my progress. I'm hoping to be able to report another loss at the weigh-in next week, all being well.
I hope you'll join me for this Monday weigh-in, and share your experiences. Wishing everyone a really great week ahead.

Thanks so much! Each loss adds up, and I am moving towards my ultimate goal - I've still got 11.4 pounds left to lose, but hope they will be gone by the end of the year.
Once again, Congratulations on your progress - I love your before and after photos that you posted yesterday - you look fantastic.
Thanks, I'll try to keep focused. Having the support on this site really helps.
Hi Lowcal. Hope all's well with you. That's a good result - any loss is taking you in the right direction. I love your positive attitude and your determination. It's very inspiring
This is my 3rd weigh-in and I have lost 3 lbs this week. I am very pleased with that as it gives me a total of 12 lbs - I am hoping for another 2 lbs off at next week's weigh-in to make it my first stone off
I know that this seems a lot but I am not doing anything drastic or unhealthy - have just been cutting out snacks and junk, eating fewer carbs and loading up on veg. I have been doing step-ups while watching TV and have been walking more. Eat less, move more - it works!
Congratulations to you on losing 3 pounds this week, that's really great! It's a very simple mantra 'Eat less, move more' but it definitely appears to be successful…! Really great! Great to hear you've already lost a total of 12 pounds, you're getting very close to your first stone. That will be really exciting! Good luck for achieving another 2 pounds this week - you sound very positive so hopefully you'll do it!
Thanks for your encouraging words, I really appreciate them.
Hi lowcal, well done on your loss this week. According to the scales I have somehow managed to lose 2lbs this week which I'm shocked at as Iv been on holiday.
My only reasoning for this is I walked at least 2 and a half hours everyday but I was over my basic calories everyday due to having to eat out, so it may bounce back next week!
However, I was surprised how little junk I ate while away,I had an ice cream cone or two but other than that I avoided usual holiday snacking so even if the weight comes back next week still think the holiday shows I'm making positive changes.
Congratulations to you for losing 2 pounds this week - that's really good, especially as you've been on holiday!!!! How did you do that???!!! Ahhh, I see you did some walking - and 2 and a half hours each day is definitely a really good walk! That's great.
Great also that you ate very little 'junk food' whilst away. Your habits are changing for the better - that's much more sustainable for the future and keeping your weight off as well as losing it now.
Good morning Lowcal. Well done on your weight loss this week I am really happy for you. Keep up the good work and I wish you good luck for next weeks weigh in. Have a super week Lowcal
Morning Lowcal - weighed in, after first week, which included birthday and weekend away where I releaxed on both occassions but behaved Sunday and lost 2llbs so I am delighted. I didn't even mind if I'd stayed the same based on last weeks habits. But as someone said previously life happens, so enjoy yourself this week when you go out.
Thanks so much for joining us today for this weigh-in, and I hope your first week was an enjoyable one. Happy Birthday for last week and great to hear you had a weekend away - hope you enjoyed it. Sounds like you had a relaxing time - really good.
Congratulations on losing 2 pounds - that's really brilliant - especially with your Birthday and that weekend break. Glad you enjoyed it, and it's great that you're 2 pounds lighter already.
Well done on the loss Lowcal ! You're making good progress - must check out those before & after pics. As you know I started 5:2 last week. Managed to stick to it for 2days too so you might think I'd be disappointed to report a 0.5lb loss but I'm fine with it. Saturday was the started of our family double birthday celebration with my sons 10th birthday party ( his actual birthday is today then it's my husbands birthday tomorrow). So I've been very busy entertaining and felt I very much deserved a take away on Saturday night. I did run twice over the weekend and lots of walking in the Woods.
More friends over and cake yesterday.........then facing a buffet restuarant tonight! Tomorrow is a fast day again so going to save all my allowance for cake with my husband tomorrow night!
Let's just say it's kept things in check this week so jury still out on how effective it is!
Yes, Firbonfedup has posted her before and after pictures yesterday - they are really good!
Well done to you for sticking to the 5:2 and fasting for those 2 days. Congratulations on losing half a pound - I note that you started those double Birthday celebrations - your son and your husband - so I think it's amazing that you've managed a loss in those circumstances - really brilliant!
Great that you did lots of walking and also those runs.
Enjoy your buffet restaurant meal tonight - and hope your fast day goes well tomorrow.
Like you said previously, you need to give it long enough to see how effective it is for you, and I hope it goes well.
Sorry to hear you feel as if you're back to square one - but at least you're not beyond that (if you know what I mean)… At least your feelings of irritation are likely to spur you on towards more positive action - and hopefully you'll find that the week goes well - wishing you success with this week.
Lots of dinners can be really tough to contend with - especially if they feel as if they're outside your control in terms of eating out etc, and being at the mercy of other cooks etc.
Hope you have a good week and can put last week behind you. Keep going, and you'll get there.
Hey Suzy, since Xmas I gained 10 lbs and just a pound and a half off my lowest weight ever now. Come on, you really can do it, you must want to as you always post and congratulate others. Salad days are back and the sun is shining, so you really can do it. Stick with it Suzy, you look tremendous in your photo and so very happy. With you all the way. X
well done! i haven't been so well in the last week, out a lot and although not drinking loads of wine having more than usual. i have also done some longer work days which is always when i snack, so up one pound to 13st 7lb. this week i am going to get better focussed and determined at least to get back to 13st 6lb. take care and have a good week sidcup 1
Hopefully you'll lose that 1 pound gain again relatively quickly - sounds like you've had a busy week with those longer work days, and like you said - it meant you did a bit more snacking than previously. Maybe you could look at the things you take with you to snack on, and try to choose some alternatives that are nutritious and filling. Or look at trying to distract yourself in some way from the tendency to snack. Also, you've had those meals out, so hopefully this week might be better from that point of view.
Hope you have a good week ahead, and enjoy your week.
Well done lowcal and others, all the loss adds up!
Finally, i have reached my 2 stone loss....thought i never would but thanks to this support on the bad weeks i have kept going. Loss of 5.5lbs this week. Have really uped the gym!
hoping can lose 2lbs this week to take me out of obese ! ( weigh less now than have done for 2 years).
Thanks very much. Like you say, all the loss adds up!
Congratulations to you on achieving your 2 stone loss - that is soooooo brilliant!!!! Shows you can achieve, despite those more challenging weeks, so hopefully everyone can feel inspired by that - you kept going, and you achieve it! Really well done. Hope you have enjoyed those gym sessions too.
Good luck with your goals for this week - and wishing you a great week ahead.
Last week I weighed 11st8lb and today I weigh the same, it's my time of the month though, so actually quite pleased to have stayed the same!!!
Week 9 starts today, very proud to have made lifestyle changes which find me sticking to the plan. After 15 weeks out injured with badly torn ankle ligaments I'm hoping to ease myself back to running this week, I've missed it so much!!!!
I think it's good that you've maintained your weight this week, inspite of being on your time of the month - I usually gain weight at such times.
Amazing to think it's week 9 for you already - time seems to be flying by! It's great that you're making lifestyle changes and have been able to stick with the plan. Good luck with your goal to ease yourself back into your running after your injury. I'm sure you'll pace yourself and ease back gradually. Enjoy it!
Well done on your weight loss this week, your going the right way. I have lost 1lb this week so down to 12.9.
I have lost 20lbs alltogether now since I joined you for the Monday weigh in, I am sure I wouldn't have done so well without the support so many thanks.
I only have one more weigh in now before my hols and like you a couple of meals out this week so will do my best to have healthy choices.
Congratulations to you for losing 1 pound this week. That is really great, and it's fantastic to hear you've lost 20 pounds since joining the Monday weigh-in. Really inspiring.
Hope you cope ok with the meals out this week. It can help to look at the menu beforehand and pre-plan your choices, if the menu is available to view of course! I know it takes away the spontaneity of it, but it really can help to ensure you can plan other meals within the same day to balance out the calories etc, and make healthy choices.
Well done on your loss Lowcal. I've put 2 pounds on again this week. Since I got to target I seem to be gaining and losing the same 2 pounds, but at least I am losing them again!
I've noticed some of my bad habits creeping back in again, such as nibbling whilst I am getting our tea ready, and not counting things that people do not see me eat. I need to break these habits now before they start to get out of hand, so need to be strict with myself and try to limit snacks so I get into the habit of just having three healthy meals a day again. I'm hoping for a good week this week, though the weekend will be difficult as I am going to London for two nights with my husband as a delayed joint 40th treat. I will just have to be good the rest of the week, and I am taking my running things to get a run in on Saturday morning!
I think that maintenance takes a while to work out - I've seen some advice somewhere that suggested having a 'range of weight' that you are happy to stay within, rather than a specific fixed weight - as I think we do tend to fluctuate naturally rather than stick to one weight. I can't remember where I read that advice though.
It's good that you've noticed that some less helpful habits are creeping in again, because at least you can think about how to problem solve those issues and work around them.
I hope you enjoy your belated joint Birthday treat for you and your husband's 40th - very exciting to have 2 nights in London, hope you have a really great time. Hope you enjoy your run on Saturday morning - that would be amazing to run through London.
Hi Lowcal well done on your loss this week and that you have had a good week overall. I have stayed the same at 11 12.4 but am reasonably happy as have had to curtail my exercise due to a bad back. Hopefully will record a loss next week. Good luck everyone!
Sorry to hear that you've got a bad back at the moment - I hope it will improve soon so you can return to your exercise. Good that you have maintained your weight this week, and hopefully you'll be back on the losing streak again next week.
Morning all! A loss well done Lowcal, I have lost a measly pound and a bit this week so 11.2 7/8. Did well at the beginning of the week but lost focus, dry spell 1 started Saturday so hoping for 11.1 at the end of this week. I have to say tried on the size 8 tea dress and it's fitting fine so not beating myself up too much have a good week take a look at fibres photos for inspiration this week
A measly pound and a bit Prin??? You're a nutter..............that's fabulous my friend! Giving you a big hug if you don' beat up on yourself again!!! XXX
Congratulations on losing your pound and a bit this week - I know you called it 'measly' but I think it's fantastic because it's a loss in the right direction! Hope you cope ok with your dry spell. Great to hear that your size 8 tea dress is fitting well - that sounds like a lovely dress.
Yes, Fibronfedup's photos are extremely inspiring.
Well done Lowcal on another loss. I really look forward to the Monday weigh in and pleased to say I lost 1lb last week. Three weeks done and I've lost my first 1/2 stone so I'm happy, especially as I had pasta for dinner on Saturday albeit I controlled the portion and calculated all the calories before preparing the meal. I also introduced a little exercise into the regime last week, only 20 minutes each day alternating between exercise bike and yoga. This week I intend increasing by 5 minutes each day also bought a DVD 'Exercise for the over 50s' so will be giving that a go. I know it doesn't sound much but for me (who hates exercise and never does any) it's a big step. I agree the before and after photos are great, really inspirational and well done to the two ladies who have shared their success with us. Have a good week everyone.
Congratulations to you for losing another pound this week - that's brilliant! Wow, great to hear you've lost your first half stone in the last 3 weeks - that's really good progress. Your exercise plan sounds really good - 20 minutes a day is a really good amount, you can achieve a lot in that time. I do my core strength exercises for 25 mins, and it is really good.
Hope you enjoy your DVD. Let us know how you get on with it.
Hi Lowcal, well done on losing again I'm a bit fed up as had a good week of exercise - my walks each day averaged 1000 cals burnt but unfortunately my alcohol intake and 2 Friday nights out on the trot have put me back up to 17st1lb.
I know it is my own fault so really going to reign myself in this week. Have hung my Ascot dress on the front of the wardrobe to remind me each morning what I am aiming for and with 8 weeks to go I MUST focus!
Sounds like you've been doing amazing with all that walking - well done for that, and I'm sure your dog will have enjoyed some of those walks. It's amazing how many calories can be packed into a few drinks, and especially coupled with a couple of Friday nights out - I hope you enjoyed the evenings in any case, and good luck with reigning yourself in this week and getting back on track. I'm sure you'll see some weight loss very soon, once you're re-focused and moving forward.
Having that Ascot dress hanging up in sight is a great incentive, and I'm sure you'll look great in it in 8 weeks time.
Hi Prin, sorry for the belated reply! No, we're not doing ladies day, we're going to Finale day on the Saturday. We went last year and it was an amazing fun day out! Have you been before? X
Well done on your loss! I'm weighing in at 11 stone 1 lb today, back to my pre-op and pre-holiday weight, due mainly to post op inflammation not my will power on its own, I'm afraid!
Congratulations to you for getting back to your pre-op and pre-holiday weight - that is definitely an achievement, and should be celebrated! I know you are not taking complete credit for it, and attributing some to the post op inflammation, but I think it's great that you are now back where you were previously, and can focus on your next goals.
Morning Lowcal, pleased to hear that you are still losing. Gosh, you really are an inspiration to us all. Making good food choices isn't easy is it, but somehow you have to do the mental prep before the event and stick with it. You really can do it!
Well last week I weighed in at 13st 12.4lbs and this week I am 13st 9.8lbs so lost just over 2 1/2 lbs which pleases me a lot! I also, wait for it...............joined the gym on Thursday................that place that I always said I would never go because I felt too self conscious. Well what an idiot, they are just so helpful & understanding and encouraging. Why on earth didn't I join when I was over 18 stone????? Anyone out there who feels the same as me, PLEASE , initially just go and talk with the instructors and trainers as on reflection I so wish that I had done it back then.
So I am a 1.5lbs off my lowest ever weight and will shift that this week for definite!
Thank you very much Thanks for your motivating and encouraging words.
Wow, you've done brilliantly this week - losing just over 2 and a half pounds - really great! Also, it's incredible that you've joined the place that you said you'd never go to - due to feeling self-conscious - the GYM - I am so happy to hear that you went there and that you received lots of helpful and understanding and encouraging support there. I'm sure they would have been similarly supportive to you as a heavier person - it's great advice to others to encourage them to talk to the instructors if they have any concerns. We do learn things in retrospect sometimes, but better late than never, and then we can share our experiences and try to help out others.
You're sounding really positive and focused, and I'm sure you'll shift that 1.5 pounds to get to your lowest ever weight.
Well done on your loss! That's great news, and you're doing fantastic keeping up your exercise!
I've lost 3lbs this week, taking my total to a stone loss! Woohoo! Very happy girlie today! My goal for next week is to get into the 12stone range!
Hope you enjoy your meals out, it's always a bit hard, have another read of the NHS plan eating out page, can't remember which week it is but there's lots of tips on there😆
Best of luck for the coming week hun, keep up the good work! 🌸
Wow, it's great to hear you've lost 3 pounds this week - that's really brilliant! Especially as you've achieved a whole stone off now - I think that's really great!
Yes, the NHS Plan eating out page is really useful, and I'll definitely take another look at it prior to my meals out. I think it's in Week 7 of the plan.
Thanks so much for your encouragement, and have a great week ahead.
Lowcal
Congratulations on your weight loss! Last week was my first week. I went from 15 stone 11lb to 15 stone 8lb so a 3lb loss for my first week. I made bad food choices at the weekend however I cycled both Saturday and Sunday, and ate sensibly Mon-Fri. Best of luck for the week ahead
It's great that you've joined us for this Monday weigh-in - and brilliant to hear you've lost 3 pounds in your first week - that's really great!
I also find weekends more challenging than weekdays - but you did some cycling on both Saturday and Sunday, and that's really good. Well done for completing your first week, and hope you have another great week ahead.
Lowcal
Hi Lowcal. Congratulations on losing some weight this week. I've also lost some weight, 1lb, down to 12st0. Really hope to be in the 11s next week I've been planning meals a bit better, and doing lots of exercise, and been in much better control because it was a less hectic week. This week will also be quite straightforward, so am feeling optimistic. I keep trying my jeans, and they're a bit less tight but still slightly too uncomfortable to really wear. Hoping to feel the difference enough to be wearing them soon.
Glad to hear you've also lost some weight this week - a pound is really great! You're getting close to those 11's, and I hope you get there next week. Glad to hear your week was less hectic than the previous one and it sounds like you were well organised in terms of your planning and exercise. Great that you anticipate a straightforward week ahead, and I'm sure those jeans will be feeling less tight and more comfortable as the days go by.
Well Done for your loss this week Lowcal keep up the good work!
After week 1 on the second round of the plan I have lost 1.5lbs.
I'm so pleased because by the end of the first round of 12 weeks, my weight loss had definitely plateaued and it took me 3 weeks to lose a pound. It looks like having 2 weeks off before restarting the plan destabilised by body back into weight loss mode!
I also focused on doing a lot of body toning this week as well as investing time in a lot of shorter swims throughout the week to bump up my exercise goal.
Congratulations to you for losing 1.5 pounds this week - it sounds like your plan to have 2 weeks off before re-starting the 12 week plan has been successful. Great that you've been doing lots of body toning too - you'll probably notice more inches coming off as a result.
I really enjoyed reading your 'tips for weight loss' post (I can't remember what you called it, but you listed lots of useful tips) - it was really helpful.
Hi Lowcal, well done on the loss - every bit counts
Well...... Its been a month since i last check-in here. Had excellent result the last time I was 15st 3.8lb (97.1kg) then i had a goal to drop down to 15st 1.3lb but i had personal stuff goin on and had been emotional eating for a week... and of course all the hard work went down the drain. so i gone up to 15st 10lb (100kg) but not for long.... as soon as i saw the triple-digit (100kg) that was it! i quickly got back on track. and 3 weeks later im happy to say that not only i've reached my goal but even less 15st 1.8lb (96,1kg) - that was couple days ago. Today I weigh 15st 3.1lb (96,7kg). but I noticed that pound or so is playing up... but at least i i stick to the 96s!! which was yrs and yrs since i last weight that!
Straight and flexibility is about to come in my exercise plan.
Next goal is: 15st 0.5lb (95.7kg) lets see when im gonna reach that lol
Thank you so much - I agree that every bit (however small) definitely counts!
It sounds like you've had some challenges over the past few weeks, but you've managed to get back on track and you've made some great progress as a result of that. Really well done on reaching and exceeding your goal, that's such great news! Really well done.
It must be amazing to see a weight you've not seen for years and years, and I think you sound really positive and motivated - and you'll hopefully reach your next goal very soon.
Morning Lowcal! I'm glad to read you lost some more weight! It's harder when we have to deal with meals out, but I'm sure you'll make good choices and walk them off! Have a great week!
Thanks very much for your encouraging words - I really appreciate them. Yes, I hope to make some good choices and walk off any excess - sounds like a good plan!
I've had a terrible week and ate like a pig over the weekend; it was like I just couldn't stop eating.
Feeling very disappointed and frustrated in myself.
I have put on 0.8kg this week
Have tried to be good today and had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and a salad for lunch but am worried that when I get home I will just go back to pigging out.
Sorry to hear that your week wasn't a good one - you said it was terrible. I really hope that this week will be better for you. You mentioned that you over-ate on the weekend - and that it felt like you couldn't stop eating. Try not to feel too disappointed - I know it can be very frustrating when things feel out of control, especially regarding eating.
Have you read the NHS 12 week structured plan? You mentioned that you had fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, and a salad for lunch. Personally, I would feel quite hungry if I'd had those things - I'd want to add in some nuts and seeds to the yoghurt for some added protein and fats, and maybe even some oats. I like to have porridge for breakfast as it fills me up till lunch. Regarding salad, did you ensure you had lots of nutrients in the salad - maybe some chicken or tuna or salmon, some beans or pulses, maybe some wholemeal bread with the salad or a jacket potato? I always try to ensure that any meal or even a snack that I eat contains a balance of some protein, complex carbs, and good fats - that way I feel fuller and more satisfied and less likely to reach for less healthy snacks. Have you planned what you're having for your meal this evening? Pre-planning really can help.
You've only gained a small amount of weight - 0.8 pound is not very much, and hopefully you'll soon get that off again. Have a read of the NHS website pages, they are really good.
After eating so much and feeling so sick from it I am doing a fasting day today. I am hoping that will kick start things again and then I will switch back to healthy eating rather than dieting as you suggest tomorrow.
The salad did have trout in it so I am not just eating lettuce! Tonight I will have something with butternut squash and kale as these need eating; will have a hunt for some nice recipes now.
You are very welcome. Your trout salad sounds really healthy! Also butternut squash and kale sounds tasty too - hope you find some nice recipes so you can use that up.
Sounds like you have an excellent plan, and I hope it kick starts things - and you can have a great week.
Sorry it's so late in the day to reply but am definitely having a 'manic Monday'!!
Well done on your loss - all the little losses add up and before you know it you're a couple of pounds down - it's all in the right direction.
Bah humbug to my weight this week!! I have gained two pounds and am back up to 12 stones exactly. Am a bit cross with myself because I know exactly where I went wrong this week and was it worth it? A bit fat NO it wasn't gggrrrr!!!
I am going to count every single calorie this week - tedious I know but I need to know that I actually can lose weight if I put the effort in. So this week is a bit of a test and a challenge to lose something (anything!!).
I hope you have another good week despite your own challenges ahead.
Sorry to hear you've had a gain this week, but at least you know the reasons why, and you sound very determined to get back on track this week - your plan to count your calories sounds like a good one. You'll soon be back below 12 stone again - just keep focused and you'll be fine!
Thanks for your encouraging words - and here's to a good week ahead.
Hopefully your evening will be more relaxed than the day - sounds like you're having a manic Monday, as you say.
Lowcal
Hi well done for Losing weight this week. I have not been good this week but have lost a pound. Am now 12stone 8lb. Away on retreat til Thursday so will enjoy the meals done for me . Friend taking me to pub for lunch Friday so guess I get back on track Saturday! Have a good week.
Well done to you for losing a pound despite feeling that you've not been good. I hope you have a really nice time on your Retreat, and enjoy all those meals prepared for you. Also, enjoy your pub lunch on Friday - and good luck with getting back on track on Saturday.
Wishing you a good week.
Lowcal
Well done Lowcal you're going the right way. My first weigh in sees me at 11st 6lb this morning and I've set my target at 2lbs loss this week. I'm determined to have a good week so will probably be very bored by this time next week. Not planning any socialising for a couple of weeks so we'll see. Good luck everyone for the week ahead.
Great that you found us ok, and great to see you! Thanks for your encouraging words, and thanks for joining us for this Monday weigh-in. You've set a good target to lose 2 pounds per week, and you sound positive and determined, which is a great start! I hope you're not feeling bored by this time next week, but maybe energised and looking forward to the next week 2 pounds lighter!
I won't be here next week for the Monday weigh-in (Monday 27th April 2015) because I will be away for a few days. I've just sent all of you who've contributed above to this weigh-in a private message, just to make sure you're aware of this (you might miss this note here otherwise), and to anyone else reading this who wants to join in my Monday weigh-in, Prin has kindly agreed to lead it next Monday. She will use the same title, i.e. "Please Join Me for a Monday Weigh-in (27th April 2015), so please look out for her post, and if you want to join in - please do!!! I am very grateful to her for doing that. Thanks again Prin!!!
I will be back in a couple of weeks, for the weigh-in on Monday 4th May 2015, and I will look forward to hopefully catching up with you all then - good luck with your weigh-ins, and have a great couple of weeks!!!
Great to hear that you lost weight ...i lost 5.5 pounds in 4 weeks .Simple way as watch your intake of food , cut off all those junk food , fast food , process food and don't don't stop exercise.....no matter how lazy you're ,how tired ...keep going yeah !
Thank so much for joining us for the Monday weigh-in. Congratulations on losing 5.5 pounds in 4 weeks, that's really great, and it's great that you've cut out junk food and fast food and processed foods to achieve that. Yes, exercise is brilliant too - for our health and well-being.
I love your attitude - keep going!
I won't be here next week for the usual Monday weigh-in, but a lovely person (Prin) is going to be here instead and she is going to lead the Monday weigh-in on 27th April, so if you want to join us, then please look out for her name. The post will be entitled "Please Join Me for a Monday Weigh-in (27th April 2015) and you would be very welcome to join us if you want to.
Take care and have a great week.
I'll be back doing the weigh-in again on Monday 4th May - all being well.
Lowcal
Well done Lowcal, it's great that you have had a loss. I was ill over the weekend so not sure if that will help or hinder my progress. We will see. Have a good week.
Hi Lowcal, thanks for your messages and good luck with your trip. You are obviously very dedicated to keep up your Monday weigh in even though you are away. I hope it all goes well. My not being well at the weekend was slightly self induced as it was after a night out of wine and very little food. I think since dieting my alcohol resistance is very low so only myself to blame! Hey ho. All the best for the next two weeks. Take care.
Note: I won't be able to respond to anymore entries to this post now, as I'm going to be away for a few days. Prin is going to be here on 27th April to do a Monday weigh-in - and she is brilliant to be doing that! Thanks again Prin.
I'll be back on 4th May, and will catch up with people then.
Sorry a day late with post. Good to hear your still losing and keeping up with excercising.
Last week I was 12.4 and this week I weigh 12.3. I've gone down a dress size since starting the plan 10 weeks ago and that's keeping me motivated to reach my weight loss goal as still 2 and a half stones to go.
Hi lowcal, I would like to join you for a Monday weigh in. I need all the help I can get. I am 16st 8lbs at the moment and have just signed up for the NHS weight loss plan. Keep up the good work.
Hi Lowcal I'm a bit disappointed this week as I have put on 3lbs. 😪 I haven't been drinking enough water and have eaten sugary desserts so what do you expect. Now weighing 17st 7lbs will do better next week😊.
