After attempts have failed over the past few weeks it's time to start again.

Got the 12 week plan down loaded

Yes I do eat to much , need cut out about 400 cals per day.

Don't do enough exercise, feel life a slug

I'm away for a few days, when I get back Monday, shopping for healthy planned meals and get walking.

Let's give this another go

It's all about the right mind set and preparation and it looks like you've cracked both of those :)

All the best to you.

Hi hubbardhovis67!

I reckon we can all relate to this post!!!! I've lost count of the times I've announced to my family that in on a diet!

Have you looked at the myfitnesspal and/or fitbit app? Both are free to download and both will help you to count and can track your excersise.

I use both (I like different elements on each one!), and its world atreat for me. I doubt very much of I would have done quite as well as I have since starting a month ago.....:)

Good luck!

Feel I'm on a merry go round sometimes all fired up and determined, nothing happens then start to slid. Can't afford to let this happen as never been this big and absolutely hate my self. Right rant over.

Yes use the fit app, Dave recommended it and boy it makes you realise what's going in. Will look at the fitbit app. Only problem... I'm always leaving my phone lying around lol
