If you follow this link that TheTabbyCat gave you healthunlocked.com/weight-l... and scroll down, you'll find the weigh in 3rd on the list of posts. You need to reply to the host which is TeamAdmin this week and add your update. DON'T click on Write or you'll be creating a new post rather than joining in with the weigh in post

Well you've already made a start so well done. The only sure way i have of not eating added sugar and fat is to keep them out of the house. Good luck and dont forget to build in some small treats.!
