Hi all,
I keep reading about people starting the 12 week plan. Is this a set food list and where do I find it? My 1st week is going ok but had a bit of a blip yesterday afternoon! Still ate a healthy tea though. In the past I would have though, "I've blown it now so might as well carry on eating rubbish" but I didn't. The daily walk is going well also.....2 mins off my time and not wheezing so much when I get to the top of the hill. X
