So i'm back from 2 weeks holiday which was wonderful, relaxing, full of sunshine and great food... perhaps a little too good... I ended up putting 2lbs on. I have to admit I'm not surprised, I did eat nuttella for breakfast and delicious cheeses every day - I never eat cheese at home! So what I'm really saying is I'm going to pop back on the plan and I know what to do to get back on track.
Start Weight 13st 11lbs
End of Week 1 13st 10lbs
End of Week 2 13st 7.5lbs
End of Week 3 13st 6lbs
End of Week 4 13st 5lbs
End of Week 6 13st 4lbs
End of Week 7 13st 1lb
Holiday 13st 3lb
Struggles on holiday: So a bit of a depressive whinge - massive full length mirrors in the house and 35C everyday meaning it was too hot to cover up, meant I didn't feel that great about myself... Made much worse by 2 italians sniggering and staring at me whilst I climbed the steps to a baroque cathedral in shorts. My boyfriend told me to ignore them and that I was being silly... I probably was but I spent the rest of the afternoon imagining awful things happening to them.. I know its a silly moan, reminding me that I'm not where I want to be yet. But at least I'm trying to be healthier and fitter and it's sad that they have to be negative about other people in life - what exactly do they gain from that? I just thought of that "This Girl Can" slogan and anyone who is trying hard to make a change is twice the person they are, they can be twice the weight too but I would only ever think of them in a positive light - I guess not everyone thinks like this? Gah.... any way, moan done and lets get back to running, cycling and salads! And just a little shout out to those people who are trying this, you're amazing, your sheer will power and effort makes you a truly remarkable human being - keep going!

What a lovely note to end on! I totally agree with you. At least we're trying Don't let the haters get you down!
Also, only putting on 2 pounds in 2 weeks is pretty good going and should easily come off again when you get back into your normal routine! Well done for coming back with a positive attitude!
2 lbs in two weeks holiday is brill. I've just put on 11 lbs on a 4 night break. Felt guilty as hell but have managed to lose it all except 1/2 lb in 5 days. Must be retained water and I've seen others on the site can have the same experience.
