Hi,

After a fall recently I have been eating more and have put on a few Kilos.

Is it possible for me to stop eating sweet things like biscuits and cakes - Only time will tell !

I'm 84.1 Kilos (BMI 25.1) and think I would look better at 79.5KIlos especially if its from my tummy.

Wish me luck.

Hello! Sugar is addictive so the more you have the more you want so try and steer clear altogether.

Good luck!

I use HSK (Health Sidekick) Allows me to eat what I like and still reach my goals. My allowable calories change daily which has been key to my success, keeps my weight loss from becoming stagnant. Not realistic for to play food games, just makes me want what I refrain from that much more. Also love how HSK addresses me as a whole person, not just what I eat. This has been what has helped me, my husband and mom:) I wish you all the best!

I just logged onto HSK and just began to enter some details. Right now it looks quite complex!

I went to their chat room with questions, worth it! Very helpful:)

Hope this helps you:)

Its difficult to begin with but once you find alternatives you will find it much easier to avoid them. I find all within moderation helps keep me on track as soon as i make things forbidden the more i want it lol. Take it one day at a time and you will reach your goals

Wish you the best of luck. You look very good for your age, obviously you kept fit throughout your life. I am 61 and less mobile after a serious illness. I eat loads of fresh fruit, vegetables. Hummous with celery and carrot batons is lovely. I do eat cake and a few sweets more than I should. I have stopped beating myself up now and start again the next day. I find that a better way to deal with my cravings rather than trying to deny myself entirely. Doing that caused a battle in my head of 'I want it' 'No you do not'. Usually the 'I am having it won'. Wish you loads of luck, and hope this helps.

Thanks for all the tips. Still not managing to make any major changes to diet. But bad arthritis pain in hand tonight is making me want to rid myself of sugar craving. So will try harder tomorrow.
