I've only been eating low-carb and exercising hard for 9 days so far, but I've lost just over 5lbs. Feeling proud not just of the weight loss, but hunger pangs have faded, my fitness is improving and I'm feeling teeny tiny muscles starting to form.
Whilst I know it's a good start, I want to lose around 40lbs more - a long while left until my goal weight!
