Drink plain hot water when ever you are thirsty. Your plate should look 3/4 of green colour ( vegetables, salads , green chuttney) and 1/4 plate cover rice and bread. Drink glass of warm water before and after Lunch. And dinner should be lighter, And have before 8;00
