15 weeks in and bored

Afternoon all!

Week 15 and lost 15 kilos!

Great results but with 5 more kilos to go Im starting to get fed up.

I'm still fighting with the fact that once I'm on my goal weight I shall always have to be careful with eating just to avoid for weight to creep back up.

Anyone else recognise this?

Thanks 👍

Welcome Anna_8888 why not drop into the daily Diary and find out what others are eating it might alleviate your boredom.

I would like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out, or re-starting. If you just post a few words on the September Newbie Club thread to introduce yourself and respond to others there you will soon feel part of the club.

Follow this link to the Newbie club:

Please read all the information carefully, it is very useful and can be referred to whenever you want to check something.

It just remains for me to wish you well on your journey

Hi Anna_8888 Well done on your achievement so far. There is a maintainers club to support you once you reach your goals, this forum is for all on their way to healthy weight and those who have reached it with effort.

What you have been doing is obviously working for you. So I would suggest you stick with it, but take a lookie around the forum at the daily diary or the different challenges to get involved with, they may give you a distraction from your boredom.

wishing you success for the next 5kg and the rest of your life.

Hi Anna_8888 and welcome.

Different people cope with different situations in different ways. Some appear to find losing and maintaining quite straightforward and others don't, including myself. I've been struggling to maintain my new found weight since June.

Get involved here, chat to like minded people and like Ceals has mentioned, perhaps joining in with the Daily Diary may light a spark.

Good luck!

Thanks for all the positive response!

I've been very diligent so far and just don't like the idea of having to do this much longer.

Shall start reading the suggested areas.

Thanks 👍
