Well I was doing fairly well, but then I went home for Easter and had a load of assignment stress so didn't really watch what I was eating. I didn't put that much back on, but it wasn't the downward trend I had been hoping for.
So I'm starting again with the 5:2 diet - second diet day of the week today. And I'm hungry.
Last time I tried these noodle things that were supposed to be really low in calories, but they didn't taste right and made me feel quite sick. So I'm sticking to 'normal' food and will just eat less.

Sticking to a controlled amount of normal food sounds good to me. Those diety type foods are always expensive and do nothing to re-educate our mindset about food. Good luck getting back on your weight loss programme.
I think one of my biggest issues is knowing that I have delicious food in the fridge or in the cupboard but not going near it because, despite being healthy and homemade, it has too many calories for the diet day.
I have had a blip in the past on the day my shopping was delivered. So I cook as many meals as I can when the shopping arrives and then freeze them . It's much harder to get at the food if it's frozen solid!
That is a good idea. Unfortunately, living in student accommodation means I don't have much freezer space, and what I do is mostly taken up with frozen meals or frozen veg.
But I shall try to make them a little harder to get at
That sounds very sensible, I think we shouldn't think of a diet, more that we should think of a lifestyle change and hopefully it will end the yo-yo dieting. Good luck x
