Wiped dust off scales, yes really, before taking a picture ready to up load to post here a picture of my excess baggage (13st 10lb) but couldn't seem to attach. I bought some old-fashioned doctors scales last year, thought it would motivate me, it didn't, but at least I can see the reading
You lovely people don't know how much I need you. Any support however little (even a like if you don't - just fib) would mean the world. 60lb too lose. Health and self-esteem to gain. Thanks everyone. Jopo.

Don't be discouraged ! Start slow but steady and you will feel much better soon! I started a diet or a new fresh way to eat , also ! 120Kilos and 1.75 Height! Toooo much but I know I can do it as you can also! Smile and be optimistic !!
Thanks so much Rosie. Yes that's absolutely brilliant calling it a journey. The next 150 days will change my life and my journey is in my hands. Today is a day of 'Chuck out' . Old underwear and big pants are going to be binned. I am never going to be this big again. Appreciate you words XX

I lost a lot of weight but did cut down on BREAD as it was my downfall and really helped. Get into eatjng more nutritious fresh food that really helps ☺
personal things happenend to me to put mine back on and my problem became comfort eating so I needed to sort that out
I believe everything can be eaten in moderation have some beans occasionally it won't hurt to much and the thing is not to deprive because you then just crave, be mindful plan and fall of the ladder occasionally, we all do. I realise this time its all a bit of a mind challenge !
I also see you've showm an interest in the possitivity challenge go for it, it is good making yourself aware of good things
