Ah my sons called oliver. You have done really well to loose the weight you have, well done you. What form of exercise do you do?

Thank you, I have three young children so it's tricky getting out, I run to work when I can but that's not often at the moment

I walk the dog a couple of times a day, and do at least one work out but i dont work at the moment so i have time. They say that interval training is the best way to loose weight. All that is is doing some form of exercise really quickly to get your heart racing (say for 10 to 20 seconds) then slow it right down for the same amount of time and then do it again. If i havent had a lot of time i have ran on the spot in my kitchen really fast and then walked on the spot, it really does work, good luck.

Are you able to pick your children up and cary them around ? That's weight lifting ! Can you find time to play active games/dance with your children ? That's aerobic exercise ! Are you able to lie on the floor and pick them up?

That's strength exercise, and getting up without holding on to the furniture ?

That's flexibility exercise. I hope you get my meaning. You do NOT need a gym.

Everything, or rather every one you need, is right there in your home.

And your children will love you for the time you give them provided you do not squash their iniative.

I do all that already! It's the self sabotage with food and wine that's the problem! Off to chat to a counseller tomorrow, wish me luck :-)

Think of the reasons you wanted to lose weight. Focus on the positives, that is you have lost 2 stone already which is a great achievement. You say your struggling is that due to change in diet/exercise or motivation? . You have come a long way both mentally and physically.
