It's 7 weeks till Christmas & working on a healthy weight loss of 2lbs per week, this means by Christmas I could lose a stone!!! Even if I only lose a pound some weeks I can still lose over half a pound!! So this is my plan, head down NO snacking, extra exercise & New Year I will be the bell of the ball!!! Who wants to join me??? X

Yes I will be do weekly weigh in, as it will help boost us & keep going, if we've lost & if we've not can encourage each other! Swap idea on food and exercise as well..
Great. When shall we start? Now is as good as time as any don't you think. I've actually just weighed. Do you exercise? Exciting to think by Xmas we wi have made progress!!
I know it's nice to think that by Christmas we could have made a really difference to our weight loss. Can we start Monday?? As I'm going food shopping today (making soups for the week) and I've not weighed myself this week?? Yes I exercise, not as much as I could but that's gonna change from now!!! X
Morning bnk and Amanda.....yes Im with you as well....I did weigh weigh myself 48 hours ago so I know where I am......we will have to stay extra focused here though as the run up to christmas gets filled with social activites and eating but im on board, lets try this :-)))))))))))))
Hope we are all feeling positive this week! I weighed myself this morning & told myself that's the last time I'll see that number!! Started my day off well with cereal & green tea, having a small jacket with salad for lunch & soup for dinner! Not exercising today as working 13hrs but going to the gym tomorrow!!
Hi am so sorry for the late reply. I am still a bit new to the web site. How are you doing this week? So far so good. Been swimming and walking and just noticing what I seem to be eating and if it's really necessary. I had a sneaky peak in the scales this morning an have lost so am hopeful for Monday. Got to keep it up. I got my report back from the MRI scan on my back and have 3 bulging discs so the extra weight I carry can't be helping. Now it's not just what I look like but my health too. Let me know how your week is going

Hi, I had a sneaky weigh this morning too.. Lost 2lb, just need to keep it off, weekends are always the hardest as I've more time to snack!! Not done as much exercise as I'd hoped but been really good with my diet!!

Hi sorry not checked in for a while, had an early Christmas dinner this week as family are away over Xmas, was difficult had to use a lot of self control not to over eat! Didn't manage to lose this week Although I know I wouldn't as I've been off work with an ear infection so not exercised at all & had a few to many carbs!! Back to the old me now though so gonna try harder next week & see if I can lose a pound by the end of the week!! Hope everyone else is doing well?? Let me know how your getting on... Xx
