Week 1 done on 5:2!

So, week one didn't seem to bad, I have made small changes but I think this week I will try 4:3 as I do find I probably over eat?

What have you all done to help the over eating x

I don't weigh in till Tuesday so I'll see how good or bad i did x

Hello, i drink lots of water and green tea. I also put on the side in the kitchen the snacks i am having for the day i.e. walnuts, fruit, space raiders (only 60 something cals) and i tell myself that that is all your avin in between meals. I try and make these snacks last throughout the day and on the whole i do good, try it and all the best for tuesday. x

Hello, im not doing the 5:2, i was poorly for 2 weeks so abit unfocused. I have asked afew questions about the 5:2 but i dont honestly think i could do it.

I have been doing the 5:2 for the last four weeks. The surprise was that all I had to do on the reduced calorie days was to not breakfast till after noon.

And then AVOID anything sweet. Sugary foods will leave you hungry.

Avoid them!

The fast days I find easy it's the non fast days that I must be over eating!
