Hello, i drink lots of water and green tea. I also put on the side in the kitchen the snacks i am having for the day i.e. walnuts, fruit, space raiders (only 60 something cals) and i tell myself that that is all your avin in between meals. I try and make these snacks last throughout the day and on the whole i do good, try it and all the best for tuesday. x

Hello, im not doing the 5:2, i was poorly for 2 weeks so abit unfocused. I have asked afew questions about the 5:2 but i dont honestly think i could do it.
I have been doing the 5:2 for the last four weeks. The surprise was that all I had to do on the reduced calorie days was to not breakfast till after noon.
And then AVOID anything sweet. Sugary foods will leave you hungry.
Avoid them!
