week 1 done :-)

Week 1 down stuck to it 100% managed to walk over the 150 minutes got on my scales this morning & have dropped from 306lbs to 295lbs. Think it's that 1st week bang. Have really enjoyed being in control so lets see how week 2 goes. Stick to the 1,900 calories a day & get as much walking done as possible :-)

Wow!!! 👍😊 be proud of yourself what an amazing amount to loose who cares if it's first week bang, next 3lbs and it's a stone gone. Brilliant, enjoy the feeling. Bev ⭐️
