Its a very similar loss to last week. 1/4 inch off my waist (1/2 inch in total), and I've lost 1lb this week (2 1/2lb in total). I'm so happy again, I know it's not a great amount lost, but I'm glad to be losing something, and I prefer to lose it steadily than have a sudden weight loss. Roll on week 3!

PS can you give me some tips for the 1/2in loss on the waist please. I lost over 5lbs, but my "waist" seems to have moved and increased by an inch!!
A good steady loss They do say the slower it comes off the more likely it is to stay off and 1lb is a sensible amount.
