Lost 4lbs this week, bringing my total to 45lbs lost in 18 weeks im so happy with how im getting on, some days are hard work but so worth it for the other benefits im getting. Feeling slimmer, fitter and much happier in myself. Keep up the good works guys we can do this

You have done so well. I seem to have put on 1lb. Not eaten any of the bad things. I feel so hungry at times. Can it be cause I wear different clothes every time I weigh myself ! Only have 1 toast a day. Porridge for breakfast. Have not managed to follow the diet as week 5 now. Older person and not able to download and print.
Hey i use notepads now i keep track of my exercise steps and calories i have an app for. You dont have to have the download version i always weigh in around the same time every week just after getting up, sounds daft but i go to the toilet before so im usually in my pjs, i dont think clothes matter too much unless your in heavier clothes ie jeans and jumpers etc.. everyone loses weigh differently so its all about finding what works for you. Trial and error really. For breakfast i normally would have a yoghurt sometimes with granola or 2 slices of wholemeal toast with marmite. Dont lose heart ive gained a few weeks too you will get there
Hey thank you. Its been hard work but getting there still have bad days. I eat 1200-1400cals a day and walk as much as possible, i use my cross trainer 2-3 days a week for 10-15mins. And dumbells 2-3 days per week
