I've gained 3/4 of a pound so far this week because I've been ill and have only worked out on Monday! Its quite disheartening but this cold (headache, earache, blocked nose, cough and breathing difficulties) has set me back a week. Hopefully I'll be fine for next week.

Oh dear, just be careful not to go for "comfort food"; lots of soup and you'll be fine. A big hug from this side of the computer!

Being ill can cause us plenty of havoc but sticking to your eating plan and being active where you can should help, at least its a little gain once your back on your feet being active again should help boost your weight loss for next week. Feel better
