Hi everyone well here I am going to try and get healthier once again, I need to loose around 4stone not sure how to go about it all yet , have joined the gym today as well , any good suggestions would be gratefully appreciated. thankyou.

Stay away from high calorie single items to eat example...shop sandwiches, salads with dressing...high fat items..ready meals...snack bars...best items I found to eat are cous cous, homemade soup, small jelly tubs and small pasta with no cheese...and if I need to have a takeaway I eat half portion...have a good week..
Welcome! I agree with Volup this forum is so helpful and everyone is friendly I would recommend to just watch your calories and just snack on fruit dont cut out all the goodies just slow down and slowly cut fatty foods out the small things really make the difference and wish you all the best it's long journey and we're all apart of it in some way or another
