Morning all,
Well it's day 15 and I wanted to update ya all.. well it's coming off slowly but is coming off..
Up to now I have lost 9lb not huge I know but im eating well and still losing weight..
Had a couple of down days but not to naughty
Trying different things each week..
Seeing what works best for me
Im eating more fruit than I ever have..
Love this community really spurs me on
