Morning all. second weigh in this morning.... Yippie...
Im happy to share that I am 3.8 pounds down...
thats me happy... because evey pound counts...
Havnt been able to do much exercise this last few weeks due to chest infection, but that doesnt stop me cutting down what I eat. I have been keeping a food diary and a weighing scales to hand on the kitchen work top. This works for me...
Any one any have any own tips they'd like to share... and I dont mean from google or what you have read, more like what you actually do...

3.8 pounds is great! My second weigh-in will be on Monday, it's good to have your reference a few days before I go on the scales! This second week is being harder for me because I have my perios and normally I would be binging quite a lot. On Monday I would like to see on the scales 77,xkg instead of 78.5kg. Fingers crossed and willpower on!
Hey well done thats great. I count calories too and the results have been great. I think the biggest thing i have learnt is to swop things from my fave foods so i can still enjoy them just a lot healthier version. Ive also found that as long as i stay active even if it is just walking ive been feeling better as i get fitter and smaller. Well done again on your loss keep up the good work
well done its my second weigh in tonite i get the feeling it wont be so good dont know why just have a feeling time will tell i dont weigh my food i,ve just cut down on the size think i mite have to get some scales everyone seem to do it anyway keep up the good work
keep it going.... the trick is not to get down hearted..... if you only loose half a pound.... its still half a pound... are you exersicing... believe me just cutting down portions or doing with out treats or even a pint makes so much difference.
at the moment Im recovering from a chest infection and on steroids for 2 weeks so dr advised me no exersice till I recover. but that doesnt stop me from eating less... I have just bought an exersice machine...
