Im happy to share that I am 3.8 pounds down...
thats me happy... because evey pound counts...
Havnt been able to do much exercise this last few weeks due to chest infection, but that doesnt stop me cutting down what I eat. I have been keeping a food diary and a weighing scales to hand on the kitchen work top. This works for me...
Any one any have any own tips they'd like to share... and I dont mean from google or what you have read, more like what you actually do...
