week one
Well done! Hope I do that well on my first one and yes, happy steve is motivated steve lol
remember any loss is a good one
Thats amazing steve, well done! Keep up the good work! You are obviously doing something right, stay strong the second week is notorious for being a lower weight loss but you are going in the right direction and you have made changes for the better. Go you!!
thanks and i know it will slow down week one was mostly water i surpose
Not just that you obviously did amazingly well.
thanks
well done
thank you
I would have been shocked too. Not that it would happen to me!
Keep eating like last week: it obviously works.
I hope to hear more good news next week.
thanks i,ll try to eat the same as last week but i think i,d get board of the same meals every day lol
True ... Just eat the same pattern more or less then.
You are the new star performer! I am not seeing a change for myself though: will try harder next week.
i,m sure i,ll get lots of those weeks as i,m only limited to short walks and bike rides as i,m waiting for new knees and a hip but i,ll get there this time
Well done Steve,
Like you I lost 8LBS when I weighed in yesterday.
Like you my first week, so I was delighted with the result.
I think my family were impressed !!!!!!!
What do you think helped you ??
For me the My Fitness Pal app helps as I can log everything on and keep track of how I am doing.
I started swimming again yesterday, twice a week, just to help toning up.
What exercise are you doing ??
Anyway, onward and upwards!!
hi when i told my twins i,d lost 8lbs there said where did i loose it they thought i ment 8 pounds in cash lol i think it was just cutting the junk food out whitch i eat all the time only time it was healthy food was on sunday dinner when i have my twins as i dont want them to turn out like me . so all i can say is i had healthy food 3 times aday whitch i mite struggle with as i have no job at the moment and i find it costs more and i,m stuggling to aford the food . as for fitness all i have been doing is some walking
ps well done on your great weight loss x
It's not easy Steve when you're in your situation.
Own brand food from the supermarkets is fine. Chicken, even baked beans, eggs, sausage casserole ( I have a delicious WW recipe with baked beans in it which the family enjoy) .
You can get reduced food at the end of the day in most supermarkets. I like Aldi and if you have a local open air market, amazing what you can get there on the stalls ( a bit of haggling sometimes works) !
Pasta, veg and rice increase your feeling of fullness. I love stir fries as you can bung ANYTHING in the pan, add any sauces or spices, quick fry and just add rice, pasta etc done !
Walking is great as it's free. Have you tried jogging ? Even just doing it on the spot at home or dancing to music ? Doesn't cost anything to do these at home.
Hope you don't think I'm interfering just trying to help.
no hun all the help the better and trust me i,ll need loads of it if i,m going todo this
