Hi All,
I have now completed the first week with an impressive 7lb loss, yay! I have gone from a bmi of 42.7 to 41.5, from 17st 11lb to 17st 4lb, wahoo! I will never get that heavy again in my entire life. Thanks to moreless and ruth-canal-runner I am now on a more suitable calorie intake of around 1800-1900 cals and I feel so much better for it. I feel like I have made positive changes that will stick with me for life already, such as smaller portions and healthy snack eating, I cannot see myself changing back, but we will see. Although it hasn't been a plane sailing week, but with a little extra food I feel back on top. All the best. JP.
