I've decided today that if I use this as my weight loss blog then I feel like I'd have some more motivation as people would read about my journey, so hopefully I'll stick to the plan.
Today is going well at the moment, I know........ I'm only half way through day one but it's actually interesting reading the post's here and discovering how many calories are in different food's that I wouldn't think twice about usually eating. I've downloaded My Fitness Plan so I've always got my calorie counter on the go; No excuses! I was hoping to get to the gym but I've got an exhibition of my work later on so been busy with that all morning and got a few things to do before I get ready. Let's hope the rest of my day goes as good as my morning has.
