Morning

I start my day with a piece of fruit after I get back from my walk. On work days I normally take an apple peat and tangerines. Then for tea end up making something quick. This week so far I’ve had omelette then lemon cod with crushed potatoes and mix veg and last night was a bit diff as we had 1 kebab 1/2 nan bread and a some chicken. Managed to get to gym 2 nights will hopefully go this morning. Have a fantastic day everyone x

Best way to lose weight i was told is to start the day with 2 coffee spoons of apple cider vinegar diluted in a glass of lukewarm water.

Hi Piano333, welcome to the weight loss forum. Would you like to join us or are you just visiting?

The best way to lose weight is to pay attention to the type of food we eat. I doubt very much that there is any clinical proof that cider vinegar aids weight loss.

Hello tabbycat. I'd rather join you as I am in Isla Vista, Cal. In fact, apple cider vinegar alone don't do much for weight loss but if you drink 10 cups of green tea a day, as I do, you start seeing the difference. My problem is what is called visceral fat ( fat cells on the abdomen) which is the most dangerous type of fat and the most stubborn to get rid of. Paying attention to what i eat isn't enough. In my case, I'll go for coolsculpting which is very popular here and gets the job done. In terms of weight loss it takes pounds off of your body and decreases future prob. with heart, HBP etc with immediate results.

Hi again, and welcome , officially to the weight loss forum.. May I suggest that you follow all the links you've been sent in your welcome package It's best to use the website as opposed to the app.

I hope you join the Daily Diary, there's lots of delicious ideas there. When you have decided your “weigh in day”, join one of the weekly weigh ins.

If you are counting calories please run your data through the NHS site, to calculate your BMI and with that obtain your calorie allowance.

As for "coolsculpting" I had to ask google. I still believe that eating healthy foods is the long term solution.

BTW, just a warning, please don't advertise with links or other as we don't allow it.

Thanks,

Good luck with your weight loss journey.🍀

Thanks for your reply and warning. Guess I ain't in the right place as I don't want to spend my time counting calories and couldn't be bothered with BMI etc.. I want to shed the weight like yesterday. Sorry and wish you all the luck in your quest. Chris.
