Hi guys

So I weighed myself Monday at 11 stone 2.75 pounds and I then weighed myself Wednesday morning at 11 stone 0.5 pounds, how did I lose that weight in 3 days? And I didn't even exervise until Friday that week coa I was so busy apart from walking at lunch

If it is your first week, you lost fluid too, this is normal for a first week! Depends on what and how drastically you changed since monday, try to weigh yourself once a week.

About 1lb a week is normal, are you male or female? Depends on what calorie level you put yourself at?

Also remember that weight fluctuates naturally through a day so you need to weigh at the same time of day, too.
