Give me some tips to loose the wt

Depends why you are overweight;

Top Tip: on a day when you're not 'dieting', try writing down every single thing you eat and drink for a few days; it's also worth writing down what time you ate it and why you ate it. Be honest, because it's only yourself you're cheating!

Once you've done that, look back through and work out what one single step you could take to improve things. It might be that you need to keep busy in the evenings if you're a 'boredom picker' - perhaps decide to only eat fruit after, say, 7 p.m. Perhaps you don't snack, but eat a lot of high calorie/bad fat meals and need to substitute healthier ingredients.

Basically you have to work out where you're going wrong before you can fix it.

change your eating habits then you lose weight and walk/run get your self dumbell set and start of doing the dumbell squat press thats 1 of the best all over work out i ve done strengthens back legs arms look it up on you tube

On two non-consecutive days a week eat only 500 calories. Get yourself the free MyFitnessPal app and log everything you eat on those days. Eat from smaller plates the rest of the week and don't eat between meals.

That way you'll LOSE weight!
