I weighed myself today and I lost 3 lbs, I hope to lose the same this week and the week after..........my plan this week is to up my exercise regime, I plan to exercise every day : ) no excuses !!!!!

Fantastic well done you.

Can you tell me what calls you are on and do you eat back your exercise calories.

I have a desk job and mfp puts me at 1310 cals a day and then eat back my exercise calories. I'm just starting and worried this is to low ?

To be honest I haven't been counting my calories this time just eating 3 meals a day and snacking on fruit (very boring I know) oh and drinking lots of water and herbal tea, I also have a desk job so I do 20 mins every morning on the exercise bike (well I try) bit longer at the weekends then get of the bus the stop before I need for a little extra walk, I also walk my dog, I think it just about balances out sitting on your bum all day : ) . I used to have a very active job before so didn't have to worry about the exercise SO much x

Now I sound like a saint and I'm really not 2 weeks ago I was stuffing my face, I just found my motivation again x
